We stay true to Italy's culinary standards to retain the natural freshness and flavors of our dishes, which makes us one of the ONLY restaurants in the US to never incorporate artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives, nor do we use corn syrups in any of our beverages. We take pride in guaranteeing that none of our offerings contain GMO fruits, vegetables, or processed seed oils. Our olive oil, frying oil, flour, and sauce are all imported from Italy, while our meat, seafood and produce are sourced locally. This is my second visit to Casa Stellina and the food and service didn't disappoint. The fried artichokes are superb. They are light, crispy and not greasy at all. The aioli sauce served with it is delicious. We both had the Cacio e Tre Pepe for diner. It was great and for dessert we shared the deconstructed cannoli. It was a fantastic dinner. Can't wait to go back again.

This was our first visit to Trento. Food was excellent, two waiters served us and they were both very attentive. interesting food choices, well prepared. Looking forward to going back.
