Sasso Restaurant is an award winning restaurant. It was set up by Brian Ferguson, daughter Sara Ferguson and her then husband, Stefano Lancellotti who we very sadly lost in 2023. Sara and Stefano's son Nico is now also in the kitchen showing his father's flair and skill in cooking under the watchful eye of talented head chef, Chris Emery.     Went for Wifes Birthday we go to Collingham quite often it’s just easy to get to and find staff food and reception fantastic so again had a great evening even brought a cake out with candle

    Warm welcome and attentive waiter without being intrusive. Interesting food which was very delicious ; portions generous but well judged. We were able to relax and enjoy the food at our own pace without being rushed. Really enjoyed the wine too. Strongly recommend

    Since going vegan and my taste changing due to Covid, I've literally given up going out for meals because it just doesn't seem worth spending money on food that I probably won't taste or enjoy. However I'm so glad my husband and I went here, it felt special enough for a lovely date night. There was a romantic and quiet ambience, the staff were lovely and attentive. The prices are good and the food is gorgeous! For the first time in a long time, I went out for a meal and I enjoyed everything about it. Thank you Orchid. Xx
