Nasprías is the name of the land where our family has had its vineyard in Sardinia for almost a century. It is a name that we relate to family and traditions, values which are at the core of our food: pizza al taglio, croissants, cakes and much more. We use real Sardinian ingredients together with the freshest local produce sourced from right here in the Costwolds. Theo & Sebastian who are brothers, started Smiths in the middle of a pandemic! We are seriously passionate about patties and are based in Bourton-On-The-water, also known as ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. Our restaurant sits circa 30 guests making it a small, exclusive place to come and eat. Since opening, we have made it our mission to get our hands on the best possible ingredients. We also use dry aged beef with a great fat content supplied by Aubrey Allen, which marries up with our strong, unique flavour combinations giving you the ultimate bite! We cant forget about or delightful buns, which are handmade daily by a wonderful local baker. All the flour used for our buns is made up of Cotswold flour sourced from local farmers. We also pride ourselves on having a vibrant cocktail scene. All of our cocktails are bespoke to us and our syrups and flavourings are made in house!

Me and my husband came here after reading the reviews. Our first time in the Cotswolds, and huge shout out to ‘Smiths’ what an incredible burger - we thoroughly enjoyed Whole experience from arrival was fantastic, great staff, great service, tasty food - would recommend if you fancy a burger - this place is the place to go. Thank you all st Smiths

On a very cold but sunny November day we treated ourselves to lunch at Buckland Manor hotel. From time gone by , escaping from the mad world the village and hotel was wonderful and greeted us with charm and friendship seldom experienced. All quite stunning. The team were perfect, greeting us with a smile and informal welcome, not in your face or pompous. The service couldn’t be more in keeping with the spirit of the day, possibly because of the confidence they had in the kitchen. We left feeling spoiled and very happy with ourselves that we experienced a charm and had the best day , simply wonderful.
