Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times. We had a number of small plates, as follows; gnocchi, sirloin steak, potatoes, focaccia & arancini. The main stand out was the arancini, incredibly well done and delicious! Restaurant itself is modern, very clean and smart decor and the ambiance is lovely. Staff were so friendly and the right level of attentive. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

What a lovely restaurant this is. Beautiful festive decorations; excellent menu; food well presented and flavoursome. The service was excellent and the dishes were well proportioned and the food was just the right temperature - well done to the kitchen Staff. Thank you to all the Staff for this excellent dining experience.

This was our first visit, we went with some friends and had brunch and we weren't disappointed; the staff were brilliant, the food was cooked fresh, well presented and was very tasty. We have been telling friends about this great cafe and will defiantly go back, possibly next time for coffee and cake and again to try an evening meal.
