A rustic Inn providing good ale and comfort with reaally very, very good fayre. We rarely go out to eat because we don't do 'Pub Grub'. This however, is far from that and such a welcome change. Excellent thank you Chef.

Absolutely amazing experience! Staff are very friendly, felt like a personal service rather than just a number. Food was incredibly delicious, can't wait to return!

Absolutely amazing staff, and food, good to have live music, if just a little to loud, but this is of course subjective. Great value, and ambience, I will return with my family. So good for Wivenhoe to have such a venue. Thank you, please maintain your excellent standards.
