The Belgian Monk opened in December 2000. The main objective was to create something different yet to fit in with the way drinking and dining is changing. It has become a successful and established bar and restaurant, offering customers a choice of a regular selection of some 45 beers together with a selection of special beers. We had a lovely lunch- food was very tasty and good value. Service was excellent- the waitress was attentive but also gave us time… we never felt rushed and enjoyed just being there! A really good experience- it felt special. We will definitely be coming back!

First time going to Estabulo today and wow it was amazing! The venue is stunning, I love the low light, the flowers, the vibe it gave off was fab. The salad bar was fantastic with so many options that I didn't even think would be there. Eg. Garlic buttery mushrooms, peppercorn sauce, little picante? Peppers...beautiful! The meat speaks for itself - absolutely perfect 👌 Only downside was it was my partners birthday which I had noted on our booking. So, when we ordered dessert I had hoped they'd pop a candle on top or say happy birthday but they didn't. Other than that it was a fantastic experience and we will be back again!

Very lovely setting, very relaxing , tables not to near to each other, background music not to loud. Nice and clean. The food was excellent, top quality ingredients, expertly cooked and well presented. All the staff were very welcoming and polite and helpful. Very reasonably priced for the quality and service. Looking forward to returning.
