The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Phenomenal. While the food and ambiance are both wonderful, the service is outstanding! Every team member made my husband and I feel meticulously attended to while we enjoyed his birthday dinner. A birthday card with a handwritten note was a great special touch. Well done Ruxton! It was a pleasure!

My husband & I wanted to try somewhere new for date night & The Beaumont was on our list. We started with deviled eggs & the grilled octopus. Both were good, but the grilled octopus was not as pictured from their website so we were slightly disappointed. We ordered the duck confit & scallops for our entrees - both were delicious! Chocolate pistachio cake was great for dessert. We liked the intimate setting & service was excellent. We plan to return!
