The staff was incredibly attentive and very polite, despite customers' unrealistic expectations for the evening. The food was great. The volume of customers did make the wait for food coming out of the kitchen a little longer than a normal evening. The salmon special was excellent as was the wine. We ordered a smash burger that was not edible. The desciption on the menu of the smash burger is amazing but the actual burger was dry and the beef patty was dry and scorched pretty black - zero juicy-ness as is classic smash.
