Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. I went to celebrate my birthday and from the moment I entered the restaurant, the staff greeted me warmly and with BDay wishes. My server, Mel, was phenomenal as she was professional, knowledgeable and extended several offerings to help make my BDay special. And the icing on the cake (pun intended) was the complimentary desert & the decorated plate spelling “Happy Birthday” with a lit candle at the end. I will gladly celebrate my BDay there in the future.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Nube and it was awesome! The food was so delicious, I almost asked to see the chef. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Her service was excellent and very professional. We went with her suggestions on the wagyu steak with truffle fries and cheese board and everything was perfect. My husband had the salmon and wagyu dumplings and he enjoyed it very much. Overall the service was great and I had a wonderful birthday dinner. Also thank you for the delicious complimentary chocolate birthday cake!
