The diverse menu offers traditional and specialty sushi rolls, raw oysters, scallops, hand-selected fish, and shareable entrees. Tuna Bar offers a fully stocked bar of wine, sake, and spirits.     My husband and I had an incredible experience! Matt, Harris and the staff were so welcoming and attentive. It was our first time trying Omakase and we are so happy we chose Sushi by Bou for our first time experience. We will definitely go back. Recommend all around!

    We had an amazing outdoor seating experience at Timo. We love the BYOB option and enjoyed all the creative sushi roll options. The presentation and flavor of our picks were incredible. Huge kudos to the host as he handled a drunken customer situation to perfection. He not only stayed calm, but he brought the customer outside and attempted to help him order for several minutes before offering him different dining options nearby. At the end when the drunken man (at 7 pm) walked away he cursed at the host. The host stayed professional and returned to work with no questions or retort to the drunk. I really hope the host is shown this review and congratulated on his skill and work ethic!
