Always consistently delicious !! Maitre d always seats us right away. Food came out quickly. Perfect night

Loved the food and the decor in this place. I know V day is amateur hour and sometimes can be overwhelming for staff but I feel like the staff was very green. They meant well and were always concerned but they made their frustrations and nervousness too obvious in the dining area. A couple of good wait staff could help that place kill it. The food is good enough to attract loyal clientele. Drinks were tasty but weak. Had to request stronger ones twice. Overall a good experience. I would go back but would love to see service improvements. Again, the staff meant well but they need some organization and direction.

Otherside Wine Bar never disappoints and last night was no exception. The Valentine’s Day prix fixe and wine pairing was out of this world. Everything was delicious and paired perfectly. This little peace of magic in Glen Cove will give the other restaurants a run for their money between the exquisite food and carefully curated wines. Cannot wait to go back!

We went Valentine's Day, when owner Carlo put up a fixed price menu. There was a good choice of options in all three courses, however also a $15 up-charge for the braised beef short ribs, which is always a great dish, but I thought was somewhat pricey. I opted for the pork chop, which was pounded flat then fried, with a salad on top. Very tasty. For dessert we shared the always fabulous Napoleon,, and took the second dessert home to enjoy the following day, since we were very full. The service from David, Armando, Alex, and Carlo's son Brandon was flawless. The restaurant just celebrated their 45th year in business, and are now the longest open restaurant in Glen Cove. Highly recommended.

Great food, varied menu Quinoa & beet salad delicious, spaghetti carbonara really good, grilled octopus the best ever had, filet mignon top notch, & interesting chocolate tree dessert
