Sasabune is a well known as the best Omakase restaurant in Los Angeles. Omakase means "leave it up to chef". It includes Sashimi, dozen pieces of sushi and a handroll. Original owner Chef Nobi Kusuhara opened Sasabune in West Los Angeles in 1993 and opened Beverly Hills location in 2013.
