If you are dining at Nobu for the first time, family style is highly recommended. For parties of 6 or more the Chef recommends the menus eight highlights. The best way to enjoy is to start with 2 or 3 cold dishes, then move to 2-3 hot ones. Finally end with 2-3 pieces of sushi and dessert. All these shared family style. We started our business in 2023 with one goal in mind: providing an enjoyable dining experience to the Las Vegas area. There are three courses to choose from, and we also have options for meat eaters and kids.We serve Omakase menu at 6, 6:30, 7, 7:30, 8 and last seating is at 8:30pm.
