RosineÕs full bar offers plenty of cocktails, beer and other spirits. Catering and delivery services makes it easy to enjoy these exotic flavors anywhere, whether it be at home or for a lavish party. Start with an appetizer, like the eggplant Napoleon, hummus or tabbouleh. Main courses at RosineÕs Mediterranean include popular options like chicken kebab, grilled quail, lamb chops and pork porterhouse. Byblos Café, originally a Mediterranean market, has been a staple in the orange circle since the 50’s. It was sold to Adel and Zalfa Mahshi in 1989. The family run business became a favorite in the town for Lebanese cuisine. Many locals loyally frequented the spot for their famous Turkish coffee. In 2022, Daily Dose Hospitality, the crew that also runs Bosscat Kitchen & Libations, purchased the business from the family. While Adel and Zalfa had the opportunity to retire, their son, Tim, joined the team alongside Pedram Yazarlou as operating partners. They have transitioned the cuisine to a Mediterranean fusion style with influences from Greece, Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, & Jordan.

We longed for a community built around a table with good food, but Anaheim lacked authentic and fresh Mediterranean cuisine. We took it on ourselves to create the space and food we craved. Together with friends and family, we hand-built a restaurant that felt Mediterranean in every way, from the murals of the Aleppo Citadel to the menu filled with warm spices and colorful vegetables. Our menu is still built on the original recipes and techniques passed down by our grandparents. We only use high-quality and fresh ingredients, because we want to represent our cuisine well.
