   New owner / huge increase in pricing . Very slow service . Food arrived cold . Chicken franchise good but cold : vegetables burnt / will not be going back

   Unlike other vegetables you may have had, our vegetables are fresh, roasted, and caramelized to enhance flavor—far from burnt. If you didn’t recognize the difference, that’s unfortunate. If your food arrived cold, the proper thing to do would have been to address it with our staff so we could fix it immediately, rather than leaving a complaint after the fact. We take pride in our quality, and our pricing reflects that. As for pricing, it reflects the high-quality ingredients we use and freshness. Like everywhere, costs have risen this past year, but we remain committed to delivering the best. Thank you for your feedback

   Thank you Piccolino for an outstanding dinner. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. Several of us ordered the Pork Chop which was a highlight. Our server did an amazing job of anticipating our needs. We will be back soon.

   I had tried to get a reservation in a quiet area of the restaurant because we were five people elderly people. The owner took the reservation and we got there. They barely knew that they had a reservation and the restaurant was so so noisy. The owner did nothing to enhance our disappointment for example send over a drink or a coffee or a cookie.

   When you called to make your reservation, we did inform you that Saturday was particularly busy, and we suggested that it might be more enjoyable to come on another night for a quieter experience. We do our best to accommodate all guests, but weekends can sometimes be lively. We also want to emphasize that we are one of the quietest restaurants in the area, with no loud music, creating a calm atmosphere overall. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

   New owner spent his whole time talking to customers at bar. Our waitress was expected to be the bartender also which slowed service down. They need more waitstaff for the busy season. Meatball was tasteless and filet tough to cut. Place hasn’t been decorated in 20 years. This place used to be a hidden gem for Italian food with former owners. Don’t waste tour time or money here.

   Mentioning the previous owner or comparing us to past management is neither fair nor constructive. As for the owner engaging with customers, we’re sorry if that bothers you—many of our guests actually enjoy the personal touch. We prioritize both service and food, As for your food concerns, you never told us when we asked, we stand by the quality of our dishes—our reviews for the same items support that—and we’re always looking for ways to improve.     We continue to return to the restaurant as the service and food exceeds our expectations. This family friendly restaurant has new owners but has not missed a beat. Ernie and his staff are welcoming and the quality of the food and its preparation is the best.
