Join Us for Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Brunch. Reservations are available for Lunch Monday-Friday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm, Dinner Sunday-Thursday from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 5:00 pm-10:00 pm and Brunch on Sundays from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. Business Casual Dress Code is required. Window tables are limited and we cannot guarantee seating but will do our best to accommodate your request. Reservations of 5 guests or more cannot be made online, please call for availability. Reservations will be honored up to 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time and we require the majority of your guests to arrive prior to seating. Beyond this time period, your table will be released and we will accommodate you when, and if, a table becomes available.

    asked for a window seat, the entire time we were there 2 hours, seats at the windows open? made the reservation for 4 in Sept. of 2024 for March 2 2025 and could not get a window? Food was above average, service\ambiance was great, and the noise level was too high for old folks. I never knew it was all you could eat till saw folks going up twice. Waffle was the best I ever had with real maple syrup. Do think 10% overpriced at least. With all the good and bad I may go back.

    The Sunday brunch was wonderful. Our server was great and on top of drinks. The food was delicious. The piano player was fabulous. The views are always beautiful, even on a crazy snowy day. Would definitely return.

    For years they used to serve beignets table side which made it more special. They no longer do that which is unfortunate. They are still the best Sunday brunch in the greater Cleveland area.

    We got drinks before dinner at the bar. I recommend The Red Stilleto. We ordered all appetizers instead of entrees. The large seafood tower was good. Shrimp cocktail, with large shrimp, raw oysters, raw tuna, Cajun scallops. Then we got the charcuterie board. Sopressetta, cheeses, olives, two dips, we got oysters Rockefeller, lump crab cakes and fried calamari. They have baby chibatta breads with butter. Our waiter was awesome. Shout out to Nicholas! Was an awesome date night. The piano was a nice addition to the ambiance. Low lighting, quiet, elegant. My husband wore black slacks and a cable knit sweater, I wore a sweater dress with boots. Loved it. Will be back.

    If you haven’t been to PierW you are really missing out. We have never had less than a stellar dining experience and have been going for years. We recently tried the Rock Fish…excellently prepared as described on the menu and as a simply-prepared selection. A three-ounce Riesling was just right! The beet salad and clam chowder were a great way to start our meals and the brewed coffee a great way to end them. Emory provided wonderful service without being intrusive or overbearing. Additional staff assists to make sure plates are cleared and refills given in a timely manner. This is truly fine dining and a Cleveland GEM!

    We had a wonderful experience. We celebrated by having dinner after our wedding last year and tonight we celebrated not just Valentine’s Day but our first anniversary tonight. We had the lobster pasta and 7oz filet. So good!

    We always have a great experience at Pier W! One of our favorite date night spots in Cleveland. Food is always 10/10
