Join Us for Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Brunch. Reservations are available for Lunch Monday-Friday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm, Dinner Sunday-Thursday from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 5:00 pm-10:00 pm and Brunch on Sundays from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. Business Casual Dress Code is required. Window tables are limited and we cannot guarantee seating but will do our best to accommodate your request. Reservations of 5 guests or more cannot be made online, please call for availability. Reservations will be honored up to 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time and we require the majority of your guests to arrive prior to seating. Beyond this time period, your table will be released and we will accommodate you when, and if, a table becomes available.

    We went here for lunch and it was not busy at all but the waitress took a very long time to take our order. The lobster bisque is good, but not phenomenal and I’ve had just as good before. The short rib pierogis were very salty. We had to ask several for for sugar for our iced tea. Overall ok, but not for this price point.

    Pier W is a classic dining spot in Cleveland. Located on the lake, the views are spectacular. We were seated at a fabulous table Sunday evening 11/24 for a birthday celebration. Our server was perfectly attentive, food and wine were all fabulous, and overall we had a great experience. We know we can always count on a memorable time when we choose Pier W for dinner!

    A lovely Brunch experience. The food is exceptional especially for a buffet. This is a great place for special occasions.

    Asked for a window seat and I get that at 7:15 there are plenty of customers already. I did not appreciate being put in the middle of the aisle all by ourselves feeling in the way with no privacy. Next time that happens, I will refuse the seat. It was very weird.

    Went for Cleveland Restaurant Week. The menu was excellent and a great price for such good food!

    Always an impeccable experience here. Food was exceptional; the rockfish marsala was a delicious, inventive new take I'd never seen before, and the scallops were perfectly cooked and seasoned, maybe the best I've ever had. Drinks? Delicious. Dessert? 10/10. Live piano in the corner? Delightful. But what really stands out here is the waitstaff -- Ricky, our waiter, was so friendly, attentive and helpful, checking in at exactly the right moments, and we really appreciated him! Could not be happier -- this one of the best dining out experiences in Cleveland, hands down.

    What a wonderful thing that Pier W participated in Independent Cleveland Restaurant Week! The menu was terrific, the food was outstanding, and service could not have been better! We could not have made a better choice.

    Always a treat to dine at Pier W, and even more so during Restaurant Week! Our server was lovely, food was delicious, overall a great experience.
