On the corner of NE 86th Street and Biscayne Blvd in Miami, is where you will find Pinch Kitchen+Bar. An open kitchen, wooden tables, black and white accents, and a chalkboard wall give this cozy restaurant a hip, chic vibe. Executive Chef-Owner John Gallo opened the doors in the fall of 2015, and it has been receiving rave reviews ever since. The menu changes seasonally and features fresh produce, fresh proteins, and ingredients by always sourcing locally first for the best fresh taste. Offering a Full Bar, Craft Cocktails, Craft Beers, Wine, and Organic Wines. In addition to the À la carte menu, they offer daily specials and there is always one vegan option. Went for brunch on Sunday and had a great experience. Food was delicious and $25 unlimited mimosas were great too. The owner’s father came to our table to personally thank us and tell us more about their story. Incredible customer service. Will 100% be going back to try the rest of the menu!

We haven’t been to Pinch in a year and a half. The menu has changed as they don’t offer the gourmet entrees they used to have. They are now catering more to the neighborhood. I understand but maybe as a special they can bring back a dish or two. Either way, they always serve great tasting food and good portions.
