The downstairs area is great and not as noisy. Incredible thin crust butter crust pizza! Young and old Our family loved it.

Reservation was 40 minutes delayed. Hostess was less than helpful and made it seem like we were the inconvenience. I understand restaurants are busy this time of year, but that is why I made a reservation 2 months in advance for my group. Waiting up to 20 minutes is understandable, but 40 is unacceptable and points to poor planning on the restaurant’s part. Thankfully the wait staff was excellent and made up for the poor service up front.

Food was fantastic and very similar to when we last visited a few years ago. The server on the other hand was horrific. Server would be a stretch in terms of definition. The manager came over to us a few times and offered to help with getting drinks, appetizer, a glass for the drinks and etc. We sat for at least 20 minutes before being acknowledged and it went downhill from there. When the manager asked the waitress what we were waiting on she simply replied, "they just need drinks" and walked away. Comical at best. We had great food, and I do not want to take away from the restaurant food quality / atmosphere and value due to one employee, but it also should be known there was a gap here for sure. Downtown / Madison Street location.

We had a great first-time experience with great food and service. The restaurant was decorated for the holidays, which really added to the fun. We will be back!

Food and service was good. But they sat our group directly in front of the door on a cold night. We had to continuously get up from our table and fully close the door to keep the cold air from us. I understand there weren’t other tables to move us to. But in general they shouldn’t seat anyone there. Literally the worst seats in the restaurant. A disappointment as we brought guests from out of town there.

Great experience on a busy holiday season Saturday night with a large group. The staff did an amazing job with combining our multiple reservations and the pizza is delicious!
