The Maduros French Toast 🤩👏🏼👏🏼 everyone must try!!! The patio view it’s amazing and Carlos was so nice. Thanks to the entire crew!

                                                                                                                                      My family and I frequently dine at the Four Seasons, where we have celebrated multiple birthdays. However, we have never experienced anything like what happened today on my 25th birthday, February 2nd. We initially made a reservation at Plancha but mistakenly booked at Ravello. One of the hosts at Ravello kindly explained the situation and assisted us in securing a reservation at Plancha, although we were informed there would be a one-hour wait. Upon arriving at Plancha, we were greeted by a host named Emily, to whom we explained the situation. Unfortunately, saying that we were treated poorly would be an understatement. She was dismissive, unkind, and adamantly refused to accommodate our reservation. Given the circumstances, we decided to book two separate tables for our group of six. Fortunately, a server named Carlos, who was truly a godsend, took the initiative to join the tables together. Emily openly and loudly objected, insisting it wasn’t allowed. However, the restaurant manager confirmed it was permissible, which resolved the issue. It was deeply uncomfortable as a family to witness such negativity from a host at a restaurant of this caliber, especially on a significant day like my birthday. I must emphasize that Carlos provided us with impeccable service — five stars in every sense. His attentiveness and professionalism were remarkable. Additionally, for a luxury five-star hotel, Emily’s lack of professionalism and poor personal presentation did not reflect the high standards one would expect.

Shout out to Robbie who was very welcoming and we watched her work so hard the whole time we were there. Seems to be helping everyone. also, Luis is on point with everything he does. Was very attentive and refilled drinks always. Good was amazing. Great mahi special. Always glad to have a special since the menu does not really change.
