   Extremely poor service overall. The new waiter was left alone to manage all the tables and clearly wasn’t trained properly—he couldn’t answer basic questions about the menu. One of our dishes, which was supposed to have shrimp, came without any. It took over 30 minutes just to have our food boxed, and we were even given the wrong bill by another staff member. The worst part was when we raised our concerns with the manager—she seemed completely uninterested and did nothing to address the situation. Save your time and money—go somewhere else.

   Menu offers a few different dishes you don’t often see on a lunch menu. Presentation was nice and the flavors were great.

   Polo Grill is as consistent as they come. I never have a bad meal or experience. Service was phenomenal, as were the appetizer and wine suggestions. Bacon wrapped garlic and lime shrimp!! Yummy. I went with the bone in ribeye, always a safe choice. Chipotle mashed sweet potatoes is not something you find everyday, so I highly recommend this for a side….so good. Pasta Pavarotti if you’re feeling seafood is not one to be missed. Also don’t be a fool, and just try the key lime pie.

   This was our first visit to Pollo Grill. Food was delicious, enjoyed every bite. Bread pudding was fantastic!

The star of the show is undoubtedly their lobster bisque. Rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor, it’s the best I’ve ever had. We also had the lobster, and it was nothing short of outstanding—perfectly cooked and full of that sweet, ocean-fresh flavor. We also indulged in the Brussels sprouts, which were the perfect complement to our meals; they were seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. Adding to the delightful atmosphere is a talented guitarist who plays throughout the evening, creating a warm and inviting vibe. The restaurant itself boasts a timeless style that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a classic dining experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a night out, Polo Grill is a must!

    Small filet, redfish, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and a fabulous rum punch: all delicious! Service was excellent! Simply a lovely dining experience.
