    Everything was great besides the light above the table. It was distracting because it kept dimming and then brightening. I would look into switching those fixtures out.

    We were visiting Portland for the weekend and had a wonderful experience at Portland city Grill. Daniel was our server, and did a great job! The ambience was outstanding, and we had great seafood and cocktails. Extensive wine list with many affordable options by the bottle.

    I’m so sad writing this review, but I went for my birthday tonight and the greeter didn’t even face us to check us in, literally gave us her back the whole time. Our server was cool, super apologetic when I found Saran Wrap in my salad. The rest of the food was amazing as always. But then she brought a red velvet cake because it was my birthday, however it tasted old, I didn’t complain because it was free. As we were leaving, we got our parking validated by the same lady who gave us her back, she didn’t direct us to the correct elevators, so we got lost trying to get back to our car, finally found our car and got to the machine and guess what? Wasn’t validated! Had to pay for parking 😔…it was 8 bucks, so again no biggie … but after dropping $200+ on dinner, come on…I’m sad because I really like this place and when I’m driving for Uber, I always recommend it to people visiting…I can’t stand by it anymore, hopefully my experience is never yours.

    Great view from our window table. Terrific meal and drinks, served well by a fine young lady who pointed out that -- not knowing how to eat my King crab legs -- I was leaving half of the meat of a dish that was costing me $130! She swiftly took it to the kitchen to have the meat removed from the shells so that I had a wonderful meal (with butter too) at home the next day. Bless her heart! It was a delightful way to celebrate a big birthday event (my 86th).

    Our table started with Kung Pao Calamari, which is so astonishingly delicious that we could have ended there, too. Each of us chose a seafood entree, none of us had the same thing, and all of us were more than satisfied with our choices. The combination of excellent service, delectable food and stunning views from the 30th floor windows gave us a truly special evening. And it won't be the last time, either.

    Everything was amazing. The service, food, down to my favorite water served. On the 30th floor, the view is beautiful. The day faded to night while we were there, and we were able to watch Portland transform on a clear cool night. A definite must, especially, if you are celebrating a milestone of some kind. Erin was our waitress and was very informative on the meal choices, friendly, and sold us on a membership for their rewards. lol Though the bill was high, it was worth the experience. We will be returning
