    We came here to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We had a good table with a decent view of the city. Our first waitress wasn’t so kind but that didn’t bother us. We noticed a window seat open up and it had been about 30 mins so I asked the host if we could move and she said “ YES!”. After that the evening got even better. Our waitress was fun and so kind! The view was absolutely amazing and the Christmas parade ships were out! We had great food, great service and wonderful experience!

    Once seated, we had a very hard time getting our server's attention. We finished our cocktails and he didn't come back for 20 minutes. We flagged him down to order food and another drink. It was strange. He kept walking buy us with his head down and not looking over. Shouldn't you always quickly scan the tables as you walk by? We got our food but not our drinks. We found someone else to ask if they could get him to come by. We had completely empty water glasses at this point which had been empty for at least 15 minutes. We asked for wine, and he brought us a list. Over 10 minutes later, we again had to flag him down to order it. We finished the wine, but he never came back. We again sat with empty drinks, both water and wine, until the end of the meal. We had empty plates and water for at least 30 minutes. He walked by multiple times with his head tucked down not looking at us. I finally had to walk over to another table and flag to him that we needed him. We paid. He never apologized for the lack of service, or for never once checking to see if we liked our meal. Or for us being thirsty. Not the service I want anywhere. Especially here. The icing on the cake was when a member of our party reached under the table and realized there were easily 10 wads of gum under the table all along just one edge. We sat on the east wall. Highly recommend the restaurant flip the tables and scrape the gum. They clearly never clean them if there is this much buildup. It was a terrible experience.

    Service was great. Food was tasty. Very very expensive. Just perfect for a once in awhile treat.

    I had a wonderful experience last night and the staff was super friendly. I took my girlfriend here and we both had a blast. I even proposed to her and everyone was so nice and even brought us champagne as form of congratulation. Will definitely come back again.
