We had a party of 8 for a reservation at 8 p.m. and didn’t get served entrees until after 9:30 p.m. and we had two kids with us. Our server was apologetic and said maybe twice it will be right out and that they were busy with a large party in the back, but this went on for about 45 minutes. Another server came out to help us and was a bit patronizing saying “you’re out next, okay?” as if it was ridiculous of us to still be asking about the food when they told us it would be out soon. Nothing was comped after that long wait either—to their credit they did offer us a free dessert but the entrees still hadn’t come out at that point and we didn’t want dessert. There were also several fees including a $11 credit card fee that was applied to the bill without them first asking us how we would be paying. For an over $400 bill, the 90-minute wait was kind of insane. (We still tipped our server 20% and would have done that regardless as it wasn’t his fault.) The food was very good when it eventually came out but I wouldn’t recommend for a large party.

We were a party of 15. Loved the decor and we were seated right away at 6:15. Took over an hour to get appetizers . Another 50 minutes to get entrees. We had 7 children from 4-11. Needless to say it was very long for them. Our waitress did the best she could. Felt they were under staffed, especially in the kitchen.

Have eaten here many times and it has never been anything less than 5 stars in every aspect. Wish it was closer to home

Had 8:15pm reservation but showed up 45min early. They sat us right away, that was great! However once we ordered food it took an hour to get it to the table. Waiter was good but had to make excuses for the kitchen 4 times. I would go back but it was discouraging, especially when Dinner for four was $275.00

The Holiday vibe was evident from the moment we walked in to the Powerhouse... From appetizer through dessert it was on point! Michael our server was exquisite...The food did not disappoint....

Christmas Eve mid afternoon visit. Holiday decor was lovely, understated elegance. Staff was very cordial, especially with it being a holiday. They had a beautiful special menu for the holiday, but chose to go with a standard stuffed shell pasta with an add on of one meatball. Excellent pasta and the sauce which is called a slightly sweet marinara was absolutely perfect. Staff was considerate and thoughtful in their suggestions. The garlic bread is seasoned just right. The only thing missing was a glass of Chianti, but that was on me because I was driving so chose not to indulge. Great meal, great staff (Devon), great decor. Will definitely be back.
