Primo Grill is a chef driven Mediterranean by Northwest restaurant showcasing the best of local bounty. Local wild caught fish, meats from local farms and foraged produce feature from the grill and brick oven.                                                               Great food, a little slow getting the first drink out; maybe need a second bartender on Saturday nights. Quite loud, but there were two tables nearby that were celebrating birthdays.

                                                              We love Primo Grill, we are repeat customers. The only things I always consider are how cold it is outside, because the whole left side of the space gets blasted with air each time the door opens (I just keep my coat on), and the noise level is difficult for me due to a hearing disability. The food is so delicious, and we always have exceptional service, so its worth it :)

                                                              Great night here with a large group on a work trip. We ordered pretty much every app and they were all so good! Main dinners were good too, standout was the lamb. We had a wheelchair user in our group who was a last minute add on to my reservation and they were accommodating of that too. The server was SO great. Knew the whole menu very well and was super sweet. Will be back next time I’m in Tacoma.

                                                              Our excellent server, Shelby was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. The food, cocktails and wine were delicious. One of our favorite places in Tacoma. Consistently good.

                                                              I have been to Primo twice and it has not disappointed! I would say it’s one of the best restaurants in Tacoma! The calamari appetizer is to die for and the pastas are hearty and delicious!
