We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list.

The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet. Mountain Trail Farm in Clermont, FL provides Primo with whole pigs, which are prepared several different ways. Primo also has a long-standing relationship with Lake Meadows Naturals in Ocoee, FL for chicken and ducks.

                                                      Was not expecting much since it is a hotel restaurant- but we were surprised ! It has a great menu - lots of choices. We split a salad which was great and good sized. Then a marguerita pizza- again it was good. Best surprise- we had an order of the hot donuts, so light and fluffy with great carmel apple sauce- over the moon!

                                                      Several of my party are steak guys and the only steak option was $150 Punt to the pasta but the portions were very small Added a meatball to the bolognese which was enough for me but left others still hungry.

                                                      Wonderful service from the maitre d’ to the team of waiters. The multiple amuse bouche were delicious surprises. I just wish the espresso machine was working.

                                                      Excellent food, great story behind the Chef,Melissa Kelly. The bar staff were superb, the wait staff equally as friendly and easy to engage. This is always a first choice when in Orlando.
