We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list.

The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet. Mountain Trail Farm in Clermont, FL provides Primo with whole pigs, which are prepared several different ways. Primo also has a long-standing relationship with Lake Meadows Naturals in Ocoee, FL for chicken and ducks.

                                                      Please ask to be served by Geo. I have never had a dining experience like I had being served by Geo. He is fantastic. If I had a multi million dollar company, I would hire Geo to head my human services department. His voice is so soothing I think he should pursue a career in audio books. He truly made the experience a 10/10.

                                                      Had a wonderful meal and overall experience. We weren’t sure what to expect with the limited menu but Primo did not disappoint! The bread service, appetizers and entrees were all excellent. I enjoyed the octopus starter and the pork saltimbocca, my wife had the brodo and gemelli with mushrooms & chicken- all were fabulous- definitely order the bread service too! Gio and Allie our servers were attentive and professional- Gio made some great wine pairing suggestions! Great food, service and overall experience!

                                                      What your dinner with my wife. Started at 6 o’clock. Initially a place was quiet. Service was very good. Food was very good. Our halfway through our dinner noise level did raise quite a bit. Would still go back.

                                                      Wonderful fun and service. Wait staff was engaging but not overwhelming. Food was excellent. Menu options are limited, but if you can find something on the menu that looks good to you - the food quality is excellent.

                                                      Food was delicious and service very friendly. Root vegetables slightly undercooked. We were seated in a back room with empty tables and no music- definitely not worth the price.
