ABOUT BARDA The James Beard Foundation Awards’ first-ever Best New Restaurant Finalist from the Motor City, Barda debuted on June 10, 2021, in Detroit’s Core City neighborhood in a former radiator shop converted into a restaurant employing only wood-fire cooking — no gas-powered ovens or stoves in sight. OUR SPACE Barda presents a space with a unique vibe, and dramatic scene surrounded with blue walls and the brightest red neon which creates the greatest contrast between hot and cold. Vibrant music almost dance club ambience, provides a mix of different senses while having a great dinner. ABOUT PUMA Puma presents a space with a unique vibe, and dramatic scene with an industrial feel and pops of vibrant orange details. Please note that this is not a private room, there will be other diners in the restaurant. We do require a prix - fixe menu for the whole group, at $75 per person. Drinks upon consumption, all large parties will be added to one check. A credit card is required to hold the reservation and is subject to our per person cancellation fee of $15.
