A Deco-inspired cocktail and oyster bar hidden beyond the hotel’s lobby, The Tusk Bar serves classic cocktails mixed by artful bartenders, oysters being freshly shucked behind a grand marble bar and a seafood-driven menu. Taking as our inspiration an upscale bohemian Parisian apartment, the intimate space balances historic features with lush details and eclectic art. Featuring original turn-of-the-century architectural details, sumptuous colors and rich textures the Private Dining Room is a perfect setting for intimate dinners for 7-30, with the option to add on a Martini Bar or Champagne Tasting.

A new destination restaurant that pays homage to the grand dining rooms of New York, BRASS takes inspiration from the style of French brasseries (but without adhering to their traditional playbook). The menu showcases a playful contemporary spirit, with sumptuous seating set against color-soaked architecture. In a rich but inviting room adorned with hand-painted frescos, the dining room centers on an antique piano located under the oversized original skylight.
