Bobby Van’s Grill caters to private and semi-private events utilizing our distinctive dining spaces. Our private rooms can accommodate sit down dinners for 9 to 300 guests and receptions for up to 500 guests. These elegant spaces include; The Tavern Room, The Atrium Room, The Ball Room and Boardrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4. We also have a 40 foot private bar. Our four boardrooms can be used separately or combined to fit your needs. All boardrooms have AV capabilities and wifi access. We also offer complete restaurant buyouts for up to 1100 guests.

The Atrium at Bobby Van's

The Atrium at Bobby Van's is a newly renovated white space banquet destination. Can accommodate seated dinners up to 225 guests and receptions for 550 people. The space is perfect for receptions with carving stations and pass hors d'oeuvres as well as fully seated dinners.

Congressional Room

The Congressional Room can hold 55 guests on round tables and 38 guests on one long table. When combined with Senate Room the two rooms make a complete L shape with a focal point in the room for all guests to be able to see any presentations or speakers. Together they can hold 90 guests. Outside of the room there is a great reception area.

The Nationals Room is great for small intimate gatherings. This room can hold 24 guests on round tables but also works great for smaller dinners. One large round for 13 guests really fills out this room. The Nationals Room and The Capitals Room can be combined to hold up to 65 guests seated and 85 guests for a reception.
