   One of the best breakfast spots in Louisville! Breakfast sandwich on point as is the B&G and fried chicken. Check out the little doughnuts with apple butter on the apps. All great creations from the chef!

   As we have come to know from our previous meals at Proof on Main, the service and the meal are divine. Our salads, entrees, and desserts were artfully presented and masterfully prepared--the flavors were scrumptious. Our wait staff was engaging and attentive.

   I’ve eaten here since it opened. The service is still outstanding. Quality of food very good but not the level it once was.

   I really enjoyed our dinner starting with the really neat interior design to the excellent food and attentive helpful wait staff.

   How about the inside? Decor is beautiful and trendy, the food is just terrible. I keep wanting to give them a chance and every time I’m disappointed. Unfortunately, this will be my last time dining there. The waiter we had was absolutely amazing (Logan, I believe was the name) but good service cannot remedy that food…

   We are here for a steel conference and had a couple extra people added to our table you guys did amazing by accommodating. Everything was excellent!!!

   Fun atmosphere. We had the spaghetti and cavatelli, both were excellent. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and no explanation given. Would have enjoyed dessert, but we were headed to a play and couldn’t wait.
