Welcome to the Puddicombe House, award winning casual fine dining in an elegantly restored 1868 mansion in downtown New Hamburg. Executive Chef Jammie Monk leads the culinary team. The restaurant has been named to the Open Table Top 100 Restaurants to Dine Outdoors in Canada and the top 100 Romantic Restaurant in Canada. We an amazing dinner at the Puddicombe house, the food never ceases to amaze. The staff was phenomenal also, our waistress Olivia was so warm and welcoming. &Super friendly, we very much enjoy our dinner. We look forward to returning again soon to enjoy some more delicious food.

Puddicombe house is a place that we visit on a regular basis… it simply is unique with excellent food at a very reasonable prices. The atmosphere ranges from glassed in balconies to gazebos to private cabins and also standard restaurant format, but in an old Victorian house. The food is excellent prepared and fantastically presented with many unique tastes and flavours enhancing your meals. It is second to none.

Great spot for an anniversary. Food was top tier. They offer a private outdoor dining experience with a candlelit dinner and an electric fireplace. Service is great. Highly recommend

Our experience was wonderful, the food was not only presented beautifully it tasted amazingly. Our server Hannah was very delightful, she was attentive but not pushy. She had some great menu recommendations which we followed. Definitely going back!

We were in one of the pavilions and celebrating 3 birthdays. Having the pavilion to ourselves and being as loud as we wanted, was an amazing experience! The service was outstanding. Olivia our server, was attentive and so friendly. Best service we have every received. The food was so delicious and we are excited to go back and try other things on the menu! Highly recommend Puddicombe House!

This was our first experience at Puddicombe House and it was fantastic! The Sevice, food and atmosphere was top notch and it was the perfect place to celebrate my Wife’s birthday with our family. We will definitely be repeat guests. 5 stars all the way!

Great food. Service was average. We booked for a birthday and they didn’t bring anything out for us but they brought out a birthday desert for the table beside us. If going there for an occasion make sure they are told more than once

We had an excellent lunch and Hannah did a wonderful job looking after our every need. The potato soup was brilliant and was the stromboli. The creme Brule was toffee flavored and was delicious!! Overall, it was a very nice experience...

The area had lost power, so the number of options they could serve on the menu were limited to pizza and salad. However, the experience was outstanding!! They gave us a nice quiet area, dessert to celebrate an anniversary and fantastic service. If you haven’t been here before - I simply can’t recommend it enough! I’ve come here over 7 times and each time it’s been a five star experience!! Bravo to the team to make the best out of a crappy situation (power outage).

We were in one of the experience Gazebos! Loved it outside and heaters kept us warm! Everyone loved their meals from the Lamb to Thai Curry Bowl to the Wood Fire Pizza! Great service and great ambience!
