We visited for a birthday dinner. We booked an indoor seat because it was cold, but the outdoor seat was already full term. The food was generally delicious and the service was satisfactory. It was a perfect evening except for the surprise that the family of the side table made a few loud noises in the middle. At first, I made a reservation at 6:30 a.m. by mistake, but I was so embarrassed because it was no-show.

Beware of the nuts they give you at the bar. Hidden within the grab and eat style nuts there are a couple of unexpected pistachios with the shells on. I and the customer next to me bit into a handful of nuts and almost broke a tooth. This should be changed immediately. There should be no shells in the mix. We were told by staff others had complained but no change was planned. Despite that the bar staff were delightful and knowledgeable and friendly and apologetic for the experience. It was an unusual off night for Quattro. I think they were understaffed. I had been there for lunch and it’s the exact same menu for dinner yet some of the dishes were prepared differently at dinner than what was described on the menu. The Gamberoni were tasty however the menu said arrabiata sauce and they came in a beurre sauce at dinner. It was odd and off night.

The salmon could not have been more fresh and delicious. Arturo is an outstanding waiter. Welcoming and remembers you when you return, attentive and friendly and there when you need him. And the room has a warm feel and is very comfortable.

I took my family here for Thanksgiving dinner and was sorely disappointed. The food was OK, the service was lackluster, and the wine pairing was horrible. We had to remind our server that there was supposed to be a welcome cocktail, the red wine was poured in the white wine glass and the white in the red. The highlight of the meal was the Turkey and stuffing, as it should be, but no mashed potatoes?!? How do you have a Thanksgiving buffet without mashed potatoes? All together, we had a good time, but I would not do this again.

We spent 220 per person plus tax and tip for mediocre food. The main course for Thanksgiving was either roast pork, duck leg with prosciutto, or squash risotto. We’re Jewish and don’t eat pork. There was, however, sliced turkey at the buffet, but no gravy or mashed potatoes. The desserts were way too sweet, although the mini pecan pie was good and we made do with that. Thanksgiving meal was very disappointing, especially for the price. Turkey was very dry, no flavor. Gravy was bland. Soup was disappointing. Pasta was good but not what I was looking forward to on the holiday. Tiny salad, no other veggie at the buffet. Desserts were good. For the price I expected more carving stations and better taste entree. But it was decorated beautifully and service was great. I would add that normally the restaurant is excellent but I would not return on a holiday.

We had a wondeful experience here last night with our two daughters at 5pm. The service and food and all of it was precious - very special! We feel blessed to live only 6 mins away from this wonderful place :)

We had a bad experience. Started with a misleading “experience” reservation that promised a $44 brunch per person on Open Table. When we got there, we were told this does not exist. Either we did a la carte or paid $ 89 per person. We went with the a la carte. Food was ok at best, certainly not worth the price. Had some sort of steak and eggs with the stiffest terderloin I ever had. Kids had a burger that tasted good but had greasy fries as a side. Drink were expensive as well. Ambiance was nice but somewhat empty. Well, guess it is for guests of the hotel that do not want to leave the premise to eat…
