Service was poor. Meal was cold. We fine sine in many places and this meal on yesterday wascrhe absolute worst. We waited far to long just to be served. Took the meal a long time b4 it got to the table. We couldn't understand b cuz there were not many people in the establishment. Holidays is not thectine to visit 1717.

Went for the Valentine’s Day special & the atmosphere & overall service was great. Server was attentive and kind. Decor and mood was very nice; up until an unfortunate event took place. Another patron had an accident in the middle of the dining area, resulting in an ambulance needing to be called and other patrons trying to help/stop bleeding. Despite that the environment was pleasant. Now my low rating is primarily reflecting the food. Seeing the advertisement vs what we recieved was highly disappointing. The food was beyond bland. I had pasta that was literally boiled noodles. No seasoning, flavor, sauce, cheese..none whatsoever. As if they forgot to add it or ran out. It seemed to be sautéed in butter and then the topping was thrown on top (bacon) with fried oysters on the side. My partner had steak and asked for medium rare; it was overcooked, dry and again…no flavor or seasoning. 0/10 on the food. Especially for the price. I give 2/10 for the cocktails.

We went on Valentine’s Day (night) so there was a fixed menu. The choices were ok, the food could have been better. The red fish was salty. The tenderloin needed a little more seasoning. The dessert I had was delicious, red velvet bread pudding. Our server was great, very professional and pleasant. Ambience was beautiful, decked out for Valentines Day.

Got the redfish. The risotto that it came on was more like polenta rather than a risotto. Came with a 1/2- 6 inch broccoli tree that was massive and hard to eat. There were 6 bones in my fish. Made it very hard to enjoy eating my food while filling around for bones and pulling them out of my mouth. I reported it to the manager that came by and nothing was really done. Said she would let the chef know and never saw her again.

The menu offers a variety of choices to fit many different pallets. Plus, it is fairly priced and the taste of the food is good and appealing to the eye. The bartenders are top tier, and you get your money's worth with alcoholic beverages. I went on a night that they offered live entertainment. The band was really good and made the night even more enjoyable. This is a good date night spot, girls' night out joint, or just a chill spot. Either way it offers something for everyone.

We had a date night for restaurant week and the experience was very good. Our waitress was excellent and the food we had wasn't bad either. We will definitely be paying them another visit in the future.
