18th & 21st brings something fresh and classic to Columbia, Maryland. Named after the Constitutional Amendment that enacted Prohibition and then subsequent Amendment that repealed it, 18th & 21st promises to bring back a bygone era through an elevated, tailored evening experience. Our food and cocktails reflect the feel of prohibition supper clubs. This not to say we're stuck in the past, but rather that we try and emulate the style of that era. That means beautiful presentation, careful crafting, and perfect pairings to keep your night on beat. Combined with live music, this creates an unparalleled experience for the discerning and adventurous looking for a sophisticated evening. Due to the nature of the experience at 18th & 21st we request that all diners be over the age of eighteen.

    The only dark cloud on this evenning was NO LIVE JAZZ as advertised ! I was made aware by the hostess as to why this was not available; however I am looking forward to making a return visit nonetheless!

    The staff is excellent! They are VERY, VERY, accommodating. They will bend over backwards to make it happen for you. I really appreciate all of the hard work they do and how they do everything to make your night a special night. I highly recommend them!!

    We had a great experience. The food was delicious and our server, Angel, was excellent. The live jazz created a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. We plan to return very soon.

    It’s a lovely little spot with a speak easy vibe. Live music, good food, and good cocktails! A good time was had by all.

    We had a great experience! We sat at the bar on one side of the establishment until our reservation time came to head to the back. It’s basically like two restaurants combined into one. Some of the menu items are the same but they definitely have items that are different from the other. The ambiance was amazing in both settings. They are on the expensive side but its worth the money. The live band was also amazing.

    Awesome night as usual. The root vegetable specials were the absolute best. We were told at least one, the beet salad will continue on the regular menu. Always enjoy chatting with Steven. The musical entertainment was the bets also....actually had many of the patrons up dancing for a birthday song. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. I must note that our best server ever, Angel, was also tasked with two other large parties in our area and she handled it all unbelievably well with charm and professionalism. We know she was tired by the end of the evening and hope she enjoys some well-deserved rest. That said, because of her, I am sure they will be many return patrons. Keep up the good work Weckers!
