                                                        Beautiful atmosphere in an updated historic setting surrounded by farmland, water, and wildlife. Food is solid. My teen girls love the fried chicken and macaroni with cheese. Chicken is super juicy. Started with a flat bread that was delicious! My scallops were expertly cooked. The filet was very good too. We have been three times since we discovered the restaurant last fall. Probably less than a 20 minute drive from Annapolis. Looking forward to returning again soon. A hidden gem.

                                                        We arrived a little early to have a cocktail before being seated. From the hostess to the servers, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our service was excellent as well as the food. We started with the wedge salad and then had the pan seared scallops and the short ribs. both were absolutely delicious. We will return for sure!

                                                        We had a wonderful Christmas dinner at 18Twenty. The food was excellent and the service was attentive. It was our first time here and it won’t be our last. Highly recommended.

                                                        The food was wonderful. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Our table was near the door, it was a cold night so every time the door opened or stayed open due to people chatting it would get very cold.

                                                        18Twenty was a beautifully decorated for Christmas treat that was both welcoming in ambience & culinarily delightful. We had been planning to go there for quite sometime & finally made it for our family Christmas dinner. EVERYTHING, cream of crab soup, French onion soup, crab cakes, salmon, short ribs & scallop entrees were perfectly prepared & presented. We also enjoyed numerous cocktails & wine to complete our meals. The menu was extensive & prices were on par for meals of fine dining caliber. The family & I totally enjoyed our evening & our server was attentive but not intrusive. We also had the pleasure of meeting our chef, Mauricio . The reason for subtracting 2 stars from overall review was due to an accounting/management issue with our check. Our check was satisfied with a debit card , however, the 19% tip was paid in cash, as it’s suggested in most restaurants so that the server is promptly & appropriately paid for their services. I crossed out the tip line, indicated in writing that a “cash” tip was left & proceeded to confirm the FINAL check amount . A week later the payment was updated to include an ADDITIONAL 18% -19% gratuity, equaling approximately a 38% gratuity. This was totally unacceptable practice. I have contacted the restaurant & am awaiting their response. I’m hoping that this was an oversight & can be rectified amicably.

                                                        My adult family of 6 went to 18Twenty the evening after Thanksgiving since my kids were in town. We wound up in a gorgeous private room since it wasn't crowded that evening. The entire Manor was lit up and decorated for Christmas and it was really beautiful and festive. Food was wonderful--from the fresh oysters to the rockfish to the steak tips special of the evening. Service was attentive and lovely. It really was a perfect night.
