To our surprise the food was amazing!! The pricing , quality and quantity of the food was exceptional! Abbey our server was the greatest she went above and beyond checking on us. We will definitely be back.

The ribeye was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff were kind and attentive. Enjoyed our experience and will be back again.

We had an absolutely amazing time at 2920 Roadhouse! The weather helped out, too, and stayed cool and dry (no rain was a miracle). The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The staff was very friendly! The entertainment was top-notch (Almost Gone)! The food service was my only complaint in that the outdoor seating menu was very limited. We tried every which way to get an appetizer that is on the indoor dining menu, but we were shot down every time. I even tried to order it to go. Once they found out we were dining outside, they said they couldn't do that. I've got to hand it to them... they stuck to their guns. We will definitely be back for more food and fun!

I so wanted to love 2920 Roadhouse. Big disappointment. We made a reservation, that went well. We were seated quickly and told our waiter would be by in a minute. Lots of wait staff were wondering around, but no one stopped at our table. He, our waiter, arrived 15 minutes later and asked if we wanted drinks. Tea came quickly, then he disappeared. A bit later came by and asked if we wanted an appetizer, we ordered the brisket nachos. They were delivered quickly, cheese on top not melted at all. Another 30 minutes go by until we flagged him down to take our order. 45 minutes later our warm food came out. I had to send the eggs back as they were cold. Finally time for the bill. The waiter stayed next to my husband as he paid and then filled out the survey. The waiter ask why the service was rated poor! He was reading over my husband’s shoulder! The waiter brought the manager over, there was a brief conversation. She wanted to know if we made a reservation, then told us how busy they had been. There must have been a bigger group upstairs, as there were just two tables of folks on the first floor. Not any resolution of the problem. We had to ask for a receipt as none was given.
