Our experience was impeccable, thanks to Jacqueline—she’s an amazing server, one of the best I’ve ever met. We truly appreciate her exceptional service, and the food was also very good. However, it seemed the floor was understaffed, as Jacqueline had to juggle multiple tables. Attention to detail requires ample time with each guest, so I would recommend additional staff to help speed up service and maintain high-quality hospitality. Despite this, Jacqueline’s warmth, care and attention to detail were evident, and we would certainly revisit because of her phenomenal service.

The ambiance is elegant yet relaxed, with stunning oceanfront views that add to the dining experience. The menu features a variety of seafood dishes, from fresh oysters to signature entrées like their miso-glazed Chilean sea bass or pan-seared scallops. The dishes are creatively plated and showcase high-quality ingredients. While seafood takes center stage, there are also options for land-based preferences, including a well-prepared filet mignon. My server, Jackie at 3030 Ocean is generally praised for being attentive, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu, providing a seamless dining experience. She topped my drink off throughout dinner. I never had to ask. She always kept the table clean and was always around when we needed something. It was wonderful! Thank you so much Jackie! The wine list is extensive, with a selection of well-curated wines to pair with the seafood dishes.Desserts like the chocolate mousse cap off the meal nicely, offering a balance of sweetness. This isn't a negative review , the staff & ambiance is just fine. The food was good, but nothing spectacular or jaw dropping. I would consider this a good place to eat but wouldn't go out of my way to get here .

We had a wonderful birthday meal here at 3030. We were seated and greeted immediately by staff and then our server Julie took over and got our orders. The food was spectacular. We started with the Buratta which was a meal in itself and delicious. We had Seabass and Scallops for dinner and both were excellently prepared with amazing sauces and succulent. I highly recommend 3030 if you would like to have an upscale meal in Fort Lauderdale. My compliments to the chefs.

I did not expect the restaurant in the lobby of the Marriott resort to be so good. They seated us properly, I ordered a fabulous martini which came in a beautiful glass, and the food was a very pleasant surprise. My daughter had the scallops which were excellent, and I had the Bronzino, which was fantastic For an appetizer we had the muscles, which were good although a fairly small portion. Dessert was Keylime pie, which, by Florida standards, was not awesome overall an excellent meal. Obviously at a Marriott resort you were paying a premium, and it was not terribly cheap, but I knew what I was getting into.
