Started off poorly because the wait staff was not informed we were seated so it took a long time to get acknowledged. After that the staff was fine, but its beer selection was the same as I could get many places in town. The atmosphere and food quality just didn’t measure up to the prices. Overall pretty average.

My husband and I met my parents out for happy hour, excited to try the new bar in town. The atmosphere was lively but still could carry on a conversation. We sat at a high top in the bar area. The waitress greeted us quickly and brought us waters while we decided on drinks. A beer, wine and two sodas were ordered. A beer, wine and one soda was brought. No biggie. Once the dinner order was taken I asked for the other soda and a clean wineglass, as ours had remnants of lipstick on it. I was met with an eye roll when walking away. Waitressing is hard, been there. A stemless champagne flute was brought. It was also dirty. I could see the lines from the persons lips dirty. I politely declined and asked for another. Explaining the rim of the glasses was our concern. I was able to see the bar where the waitress was asking the bartender to examine the next glass, to witness five glasses not make his approval and for the sixth, he used his bar rag to wipe it. I asked a waiter (not ours) to grab the manager. Which quickly came to our table (I’d would mention him by name but he never gave it) asking if we asked for a manager, already prepped with said sixth glass in-hand. He offered the explanation of hard water and assured us that the “Health Department has cleared everything”. Not honestly sure why, I never doubted the cleanliness of the establishment but rather just the glass. I explained I still wasn’t comfortable with the sticky fingerprints on the glass and was told that they “aren’t on the inside”. I wanted to leave however I didn’t want to ruin our evening for lack of customer service training. Burgers were solid for $5.99 but purely based on the classic burgers (we all had one) I would have balked at the price of the other burgers. I’d try it again because LS needs a good patio.

Our waitress was very inexperienced and the service was mediocre at best. but at least with a smile.

30 Hop was really rockin’ and at approximately 6;30 pm people were waiting to be seated.

Food was ok, service was ok, very loud place, no blinds on window and sun was in our eyes our whole time there.

I've been a couple times now and the food is OK. Typical bar-type food. It certainly met my expectations as I was not looking for fine dining. It is a good experience to hang out with friends and watch a game or two. It is fun and energetic. Just don't expect the food to blow you away.

Food came out at different times., I ordered French toast and had to send it back because it was barely warm. The second order was no better because the berries and syrup were both cold. I ordered a side of bacon… just two pieces? We thought we would try something other than tried and true First Watch. Wish we hadn’t.

We had a reservation, we arrived early. Plenty of tables open. We stood waiting and at our reserved time I had to go back to the hostess area and then we were seated. Plenty of open tables. Disappointed in that. Waitress was awesome, I believe her name is Sloane. Food was very good.

Food was great, service was really good, drinks were excellent. However, the noise seems louder each time we visit. The more they turn up the volume, the louder everyone has to speak just to carry on a conversation. When there is a pause on the screens and the volume drops, the entire place lowers there volume to a normal level and it is much more enjoyable. Need to find a happy medium.

We had a group of 6 and all of the food was excellent. Service was also great! Logan was our server and she was friendly and attentive. We definitely recommend!
