At 360 Bistro, we have been delighting guests with our creative and innovative cuisine for nearly two decades. Our commitment to using the best ingredients, providing the highest level of hospitality, and dedication to our award-winning beverage program have made us a beloved destination in the west Nashville dining scene.
Under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Paul Sellas, we offer seasonal menus and daily features that add a unique flair to traditional dishes. Our culinary team is passionate about creating meals that leave a lasting impression.
360 Bistro boasts one of the city's largest wine collections, with over fifty wines by the glass and a special reserve list featuring over 1000 selections, which has garnered Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence distinction for more than a decade. Our cocktail menu includes both classic and seasonal drinks, complemented by an extensive collection of premium, hard-to-find spirits and a selection of imported and domestic beers.

    Had mushroom bolognese and chicken milanese. Always try the chef's special. All the food is good and thoughtfully prepared.

    It’s always so good. The restaurant was full but I had asked for a quiet table to celebrate an anniversary and they delivered. We had a wonderful dinner.

    Consistently excellent food, service and ambiance. Cocktails/wine are truly had crafted. Menu is limited but always excellent. Expense is more than some other options, but quality is consistent.

    The service was terrific from the moment we entered the restaurant. The salmon was cooked perfectly and had wonderful flavor. Will certainly return again very soon!
