3Eleven Kitchen & Cocktails is an American eatery in the West End Historic District of Downtown Dallas that embraces the era of the Kennedy Administration and the revival of this historical district found in northwest downtown. Inspired by Jay Khan and Chef John Moore the restaurant is guided by the simple philosophy, “Every ingredient has a purpose.” Serving farm-to-market fare and scratch cocktails with a vintage twist, 3Eleven is open daily for lunch and dinner service.                                                     waiter argued against my choice of short ribs and steered me toward a 14 ounce New York strip. New York strip was not particularly well trimmed and had gristle. Meat and seasoning were very flavorful.

                                                    Delightful dining experience and highly recommend. We went for a business dinner. The food was great! Fast and delicious. The cocktails were exquisite. Would definitely go back if we are in the Dallas area.

                                                    Love my experience here! Our server was attentive and pleasant. The DJ understood the vibes and the general manager, Q was gracious and thanked us for coming in. A new hot spot in the West End for sure!!!

                                                    Worst dining experience I’ve had in years! Absolutely misleading name as it is merely an extension of the similar loud and horribly staffed “Kitchen n Kocktails” not too far from this location. Sat for 30 minutes before walking out as we were never even greeted or offered a glass of water! Shut this place down immediately!!!

                                                    This little gem was so cute! Loved all the glittery lights and the original older building that it was in. Our food was delicious and our cocktails were unbelievable!

                                                    Worst experience ever. They did not honor my reservation and claimed that I and my companions were somehow being subversive by making reservations for 2 tables of 8. Let’s just say neither I nor my colleagues have any need of gaming any system. We ultimately walked out without being seated or served. It was shameful treatment and I will be sure to share my experience with anyone who ever asks.
