Celebrate with us our one year anniversary on February 24th at 6:00 pm with a curated five course dining experience by Chef Cristian Orozco and guest Chef Dudley Nieto Dudley Nieto, award-winning chef and published author, was at first interested in studying medicine before he grew to become one of the culinary world’s most sought-after craftsmen. After attending the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and carrying with him his father’s pride that men can become great cooks, he realized that a strong sense of heritage combined with the legendary techniques of French cooking could transform the art of Mexican cuisine for the better

Wow! The chefs tasting and collaboration with Marché was fantastic. Such creative and delicious courses. We will definitely do this again. Highly recommend.

The food was fantastic and fairly priced. My only issue was we were in a bit of a hurry to catch a show at The Mac. I noted that when I reserved the table thru OpenTable and I told our server when we got there. We did have to flag him down a couple times to check on our meals and close out our bill. Overall, we enjoyed the dinner and will return when have more time to enjoy it!

We had numerous dishes with incredible flavors, and our server Tyson was fantastic! Highly recommend and will be back

The menu was interesting and unique, the food was excellent, and the service was stellar. Cocktails were delightful and beer, wine selections were great as well. All around experience was wonderful. Highly recommend.

The food at 504 Kitchen is incredible!! We ordered the French toast with berries (amazing), the Mexico plate, and the Denver omelet. The potatoes the only was served with were so good. Everything tasted fresh and amazing. I can't wait to go back and try their dinner menu!

Spread the word on this delicious unique restaurant in Glen Ellyn!!! Wonderful flavors with an exciting menu. The bao buns and croquettes are swoonworthy! The seafood items are also amazing! The cocktail menu is creative with awesome options. Atmosphere is cozy yet classy. Welcoming friendly atmosphere from the owner and staff. We will be back soon!

I can't recommend Five O Four enough. It's not perfect but there are lots of Bourbon Bars, Upscale Mexican or Italian - 504 is unique and something you should try. The appetizers are the real winner but the main dishes are just as good. Give it a shot.
