   As always, a wonderful dinner at 63 Sovereign. Delicious cocktails, the Brussels sprouts are outstanding, and the sushi and bao buns are excellent.

   Small plates were excellent. Table service was very good. Bar service very slow. Be prepared to spend some time at this venue. Slow down and enjoy as this is not a rushed experience. We will be back.

   Food was very good, the brussels were by far the best dish of the night. The Sovereign roll was also exceptional. I felt the ceviche sauce was too thick, I believe it had a mayo based sauce. The sauce overpowered the fish (-2 points), but not bad. My wife has the Bolognese, The sauce was good, but it was served with penne pasta. Dish should have been listed as penne.; when one is looking for spaghetti, penne is a let down. Still the dish was an 8. I had the Chefs Catch (Halibut), It was a generous cut of fish. It need more flavor. If it would have been prepared seared, med-rare it could have been perfect. A few minor things, but all in all a great night out! Service was a 10 of 10. One of the partners, Sergio, was very kind, He saw to it that our service was flawless. We will be back soon to try other dishes on the menu.

   Very nice dinner on the outdoor patio. We had a bunch of small plates and one large plate between two people and everything was very tasty. We had gochujang wings and crispy brussel sprouts along with birria bao and gochujang pork belly bao. The large plate was an excellent GF penne bolognese with ricotta. All food was very fresh with lots of layers of flavor. The last time we ate here was several years ago when we were visiting the Daytona area on business. Same thing this time and I plan on eating here again if we make it back to Florida on business in the future.

   Our group of three couples enjoyed a fabulous dinner before a show at the Daytona Playhouse. Great variety, excellent food, and top-notch service. We'll be back!

   First time here and will definitely be going back often! We had a wonderful experience. We sat outside at the back bar. It is absolutely beautiful back there! Let me say first it’s probably the best service in town. Friendly, attentive, give great recommendations and really knowledgeable about the food. My husband got the rack of lamb, I had the golden tile. Both to die for. The food quality is 10/10. The menu has something for everyone…this place truly is a gem.
