Sinceramente non mi sono trovata benissimo… volevo fare un aperitivo serale ma ci hanno proposto solo tavoli esterni o nel garden… ho sofferto il freddo tutta la sera!!! Se uno prenota e vede le foto del locale si aspetta di stare all’Interno! Sicuramente non ci tornerò più

★☆☆☆☆ Poor Communication and Rushed Service My experience at The Londoner was deeply disappointing, primarily due to their unprofessional communication and rushed service. I made a reservation for 10:30 PM as I had show tickets earlier in the evening. Just five hours before my scheduled dining time, they called to inform me that the kitchen would be closing at the time of my reservation. This last-minute notification left me in an impossible position - too late to cancel without incurring charges, and too late to secure a reservation elsewhere. While I managed to arrive slightly early at 10:25 PM, the experience only deteriorated from there. The waitress quite literally threw menus at us, immediately announcing that the kitchen was closing "NOW." The rushed atmosphere was palpable and extremely uncomfortable. Though we managed to place our order and received our food with surprising speed (within 5 minutes), the staff's obvious impatience made the dining experience so unpleasant that we chose not to stay. What's particularly frustrating is that the restaurant clearly knows their kitchen closing time, yet they accept reservations right up until that moment. If they can't properly accommodate late diners, they shouldn't offer these time slots. At minimum, this information should be communicated at the time of booking, not hours before the reservation. While the food arrived quickly, the hostile service and poor communication completely overshadowed any merits of the cuisine. I cannot recommend a restaurant that shows such disregard for their guests' time and comfort. Pros: - Quick food preparation - Central location Cons: - Last-minute communication about kitchen hours - Extremely rushed service - Unprofessional staff behavior - Poor reservation management

Always a great view from the top bar with a lovely ambience to match. The food was very good, well prepared and taste fantastic. Really enjoyable bitesize snacks. The service was slick and on point

Food was really good ! Beautiful venue great view service was awesome. It was just a little overwhelming how expensive it was for the portion sizes but other than that it was great. You never want to leave a restaurant hungry or over spend to be full

Good food and drinks options but a bit too expensive. I understand that it is an exclusive venue but 50 pounds for a bottle of sub standard rose is a bit much. I have to say that the manager was very rude and not accommodating..she really needs to learn about customer service and accept that the customer is always right. Despite there being plenty of space she made a big fuss because more then 14 people came to my event..I accept I should have made a booking for more people but I didn't want to pay the extortionate minimum spend. I brought lots of business to the venue and the manager should have been thanking me rather then accusing me of being a liar. Without me and my guests the venue would been dead. Unfortunately due to the attitude of the manager I will not be doing an event here again. .

Limited food/bar snack options that are small and not good value for money. Decent drinks. The terrace itself is nice but small. Service could have been better.
