                                                                                                      I don't know what happened to this place. Last year, we had our office Xmas party here for 20 people and Xmas Eve dinner with family and everything was exceptional. This year, it was not good and we will not be back. The kitchen failed...the ribeye was too thin at 5/8 inch thick (WTH) and the filet was overcooked and tasteless with an au poivre that was far to sweet to use. The brussels were overcooked, almost soggy. The scallops were well prepared. I will say that our server was good, but why do you have your servers bussing their own tables at prime steak house? Poor guy! Normally a restaurant would offer to put cracked pepper on your Caesar salad, but there was no staff to do that. When you spend almost $900 for four people at a prime steak house, it needs to be right. There are too many other prime steakhouse options in Denver to take another chance here.

                                                                                                      We went early Christmas Eve and was seated slight light outside the main room which was nice because it was quieter. Our server as wonderful and showed us all the different meat cuts as it was our first time. We really enjoyed our meal and would go again

                                                                                                      This restaurant has always been one of my favorites though tonight’s experience wasn’t as impressive as usual. The oysters were amazing, but the chophouse salad only had two pieces of salami and the hash brown was just shy of being burnt. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. And the service was excellent, as always. While I’d still recommend this restaurant, I feel they were overwhelmed with holiday diners.

                                                                                                      We had a fabulous experience from the hostess, our waiter Joey, the attention paid to the birthday celebration and most importantly the food was THE BEST all around! Super experience. We wild highly recommend!!
