                                                                                                                              Nick was a terrific server and made for a great night. It was slightly too loud, more acoustic issues than the crowd. Hostess initially seated us in bar, asked to move to dining room, accommodated graciously. This was a Valentine’s Day reservation, happy to cut a little slack. Food, wine, desert were all wonderful.

                                                                                                                              Never having been to this restaurant before but always wanted to try it we selected it to Celebrate Valentine's Day. The ambiance was warm and relaxing upon entering the restaurant. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The Food was artfully presented with freshness and wonderful flavor. Our waitress Masha was friendly and a perfect server explaining our menu options with precision. Overall our experience was exceptional. Our only complaint is the prices are beyond what seems necessary. Honestly when a bottle of wine on their list is more than 3 times the cost sold at the stores seems beyond excessive. The beef albeit was top grade, prices overall have definitely reduced our return visit to perhaps Special occasions only. Disappointing for a couple that truly enjoy dining out.

                                                                                                                              It has been since the last time we visited 801 Chophouse that we had such great service and food. From the time we entered to the time we left we felt taken care of and special. Our waiter Ajay had a very kind personality and was so attentive. We ordered food to share and I am glad we did, there would have been no way to eat the generous portions as one person. We had the prime rib with rib in, it was delicious and memorable, also the scalloped potatoes were excellent, but honestly....they had me at the iceburg lettuce wedge... it was amazing. Personally, I liked the quiet pockets of rooms they have, it makes your dining experience relaxing. Great job 801 Chophouse, not very many restaurants can match your service, ambiance or food.

The atmosphere and lighting definitely set the mood for a nice dinner date with my wife on Valentine’s Day. This is our second time here and will definitely make another date night at 801 Chophouse.
