Quant restaurant in the beautiful Purdue Memorial Union hotel. First ever student run hotel & restaurant as they gain hands on experience in the hospitality business. Highly recommend.

I love going to 8/11 for work lunches. Everything was great today except the salmon seemed to be COATED in salt. I’ve never had any issues with the salmon prior but today I nearly sent it back, which is not something I do having worked in food service before. Had I been with a friend and not with a business person, I would have.

Food was amazing! The wagyu burger and the shrimp and crab roll were spot on. Kayla our waitress was very attentive and personable!!! Great experience….will be back soon.

We had such a wonderful evening at 8Eleven! The ambiance was warm and cozy and the decor was fabulous! Our waiter was extremely attentive. The braised beef was INCREDIBLY tender, and I would definitely order it again. The menu, while wonderful, is definitely on the pricey side. There were many things I wanted to try, but given the price of the entree, I decided to choose dessert!

With a diverse menu, extended hours for late graduation participants, and expanded dining areas, 8Eleven Modern Bistro was the perfect spot for our after 7:00 PM graduation celebration. Exceptional customer service and a warm ambiance made the experience truly memorable.
