Neighborhood Bistro offering a diverse menu inspired by seasonal and local ingredients, our small dining room of just nine tables and four bar seats boasts exposed brick & original hardwood floors. Chef Samir & his wife Rachel welcome diners into this intimate space in the heart of Old Town Noblesville.

With a menu that changes every one to two months, a full bar with an eclectic wine list, craft cocktails & mocktails and local beers on tap, we encourage you to try something new at every visit.

Our concept is globally-inspired Bistro fare - we draw inspiration from our own world travels and places on our bucket list to create dishes that will nourish your body and soul. We care deeply about food and where it comes from. We use fresh, local ingredients whenever it is practical, and make nearly everything from scratch. We love sharing our food and hospitality with the Noblesville community!

Incredible courses and presentation. Attentive and kind service. Food is to die for, chef Samir Mohammad (James Beard award winning chef) is always present and involved. First course was hasselback potato, second course was matzo ball soup, third course was veal osso bucco and desert was opera cake. Wine pairings were amazing - Domaine Nico Grand Pere Pinot Noir and Il Grappola Sangiovese 2016.

Another outstanding dinner at the 9th St Bistro! The New Years Eve menu was excellent. Every choice we made was wonderful. The staff, Rachel, and Samir are so warm and make you feel welcome. Thank you for your contribution to the Indianapolis food scene, local non- chain restaurants are so few and far between and we value your presence. Continued success in 2025! We dined at 9th Street Bistro during the late afternoon on NYE. It was perfection. All the choices for each course of the prix fixe menu sounded wonderful. So wonderful, in fact, that it was hard to choose. The amuse-bouche along with champagne set the stage for an excellent meal. Service is great, but not at all stuffy, the seating gives some privacy and the ambience is cozy and cool. We love this place.

9th Street Bistro continues to excel in every way. They’ve proven to be very versatile when it comes to their menus, bringing flavors and ingredients inspired by their travels and experiences to diners visiting this gem of a restaurant in downtown Noblesville!

Outstanding! Looking forward more Ramen pop ups. 9th street bistro is always a great dining experience. The food is always delicious and the service is on point.

Their Ramen pop-up was a little disappointing. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen; it had 2 slices of pork belly it in. One of the slices was just fat. The broth was decent. I also ordered the Korean fried chicken; the chicken was tender, but the seasoning wasn’t that good. I heard their regular menu was really good; I’ll probably try that another day.

We had a wonderful experience for our anniversary dinner. They treated us well and were so friendly and accommodating. They started us off with a complementary glass of champagne. They were attentive to our needs, but did not interrupt our evening. The food was fantastic as always. Can’t wait to go back.

We love to dine at 9th Street Bistro. It's like being invited to family dinner. Everyone is so kind and you can't beat the food. Every dish is prepared with great care and taste. We just left and are already looking for our next experience.
