   Great service but the food was bad. We ordered the ribeye medium rare and it came out blue with a cold center. Sent it back and they returned it perfectly cooked but it was unseasoned, not even sale and no salt at the table. We also ordered the stuffed squid. The squid was so tough and chewey that it was really unpleasant. Once again there was no seasoning in the pork it was stuffed with. The sauce had no flavor. The muscles were overcooked and the broth lacked any real flavor than the lemongrass. Very dussapointing. The one highlight was the beat salad which featured sliced beat wrapped around a nice goat cheese with pistachios. Dressing was too sweet but it was the highlight. Service was 10 out of 10. Food was slow to come out but our drinks were kept fresh. Beware, they call it Mar y Sierra which one would assume meant seafood and meat options. It's all seafood with a very overpriced ribeye 880 pesos for 500 grams and a beef tongue option. Too many great places in town to go here. Also 20% of the appetizers weren't available. Gets 3 stars because of excellent waiter.

   Both the food and service are exceptional, this is a must try for anyone in PV looking for a fantastic dining experience.

   Fantastic food, extremely creative and unbelievably delicious. The staff is incredibly gracious and very entertaining. I was not expecting this level of sophistication, I will absolutely be back!

   All of the staff provided for a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely attentive and the food and beverages were incredible. I am vegetarian and had the cauliflower in peanut sauce and enjoyed it immensely. We would definitely recommend this restaurant!

   Always amazing. Not really sure why I have to use up 50 characters for this experience as a couple of words often will do and it is prevented me in the past from actually giving a review because I’m a busy person. You may want to rethink that.

    Our new favorite restaurant in PV. Trying out new restaurants in the Versalles area. The food and service was amazing. From the salsas to entrees, everything bursting with flavor. The oxtail tamale is a must! The pulpo was tender. Unfortunately they didn’t have the braised beef cheek, so I had the braised short rib with truffle and pasilla sauce and it was outstanding. The beet roll salad was bursting with flavor too! We’re going back to try more dishes before our return home!
