A great restaurant meal can be an act of storytelling and transportation. Sliding onto a stool at a bar, being met with a classy and silky martini punctuated with a briny olive, is there to prepare you for a plate of finely-shucked oysters that were bobbing in the Atlantic 36 hours ago. In this moment the noise and cacophony can melt away, your phone finds its way back into your pocket, and we find communion with those of us on our left and right.

We place a premium on doing the work to find producers, growers, and ranchers that have values that align with our own. It’s our desire to bring food to your table that speaks to its sense of place and time, and to be able to bring the connection to those producers to a higher level of consciousness.

Ashe, our server, was fantastic - hustling but still gave great personable service. Menu looks amazing - lots of stuff I want to go back and try. Not everything was a hit - Coctel de Camarones was kind of a bland strait forward version, tartare sando had too much bread. The char siu bacon was amazing, the chile crisp fantastic, the fried rice the hit of the night, the picanha/prawn surf and turf was perfect. Overall a great experience. Thanks very much to the team.

When we were seated we received 3 menus for 4 people. Host said he was going to bring a 4th and after 13 minutes we had to ask for it. Also had to ask for a waitstaff to come by to great us and take our drink order. Once we got the attention of our server and told them we had to be out by 6:50 pm things started happening. After leaving the restaurant we realized we never received our tuna appetizer. Our error because we don’t even know if we were charged for it. We remember ordering it but not sure server heard us. Lesson learned.

Overall the food was really good! Steaks were excellent. For the value, it may be slightly overpriced but a fun place to take friends and family in Denver.

The Korean wraps are overpriced low grade meat. Not worth it. Stick with oysters and steak. Their oysters are best!

Food was great, service was great, steak was phenomenal. Only complaint is how loud it was. Glad they had all the business, I just had a hard time hearing my date

Carly was phenomenal, made the experience seamless and absolutely wonderful. Food was fantastic. One of the best steaks we’ve ever had; steak was cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes were insane (in the best way).Thank you for a wonderful evening, can’t wait to come back.

Overall a nice dinner and the food was good. Not one of the steakhouses I'd rave about though. I thinking Guard & Grace is hands down better on all levels (food, service, ambiance).

Overall good meal. Whiskey sour and specialty Whiskey cocktail were good. A bit pricey for the specialty one. Milkbread was good. Kids loved it. King crab appetizer was quite delicious. Wife enjoyed the scallops. Denver steak was good, not great but cooked and seasoned properly. Was hoping by the name they would have some higher Grade A5 Japanese Wagyu filets or things like that. The only really high grade steak was only a 4 oz. portion for an appetizer. Service was good. Nice atmosphere. Would go back.
